Costumer Critiques
Well, nobody is fantastic. This samsung S5230 is not wonderful either, has especially well touch monitor (not sensitive) The physique is light, superior smaller size, fine reception, excellent sound, fine display, ok photo, permit MicroSD with a good size of memory, quad band and unlocked, effectively structured display interface and button placements, especially responsive lock button, and so on. etc... The battery life is terrible, among 24-30 hours with especially light use, i.e. three-four calls a day of two-five minutes/every single. In spite of this, with the price of $130s, compared to LG Vue, or even iPhone... I feel I can reside with that (I have iPod touch that is fairly related to the iPhone, just w/o 3G, GPS and GSM capability). Not suggested for those who are traveling a lot, but really good for those who stay stationary a lot The characteristics are wonderful.
You have read the specs on the telephone the screen is good, the touch functions about expected, the OS is laid out logically, and it has a handful of goodies apps tucked away so that you feel its additional than a standard phone. It also functions with ATT with no trouble.
Physically, the telephone is light, smaller than it appears, and the battery appears to be fine, although I do not talk a lot on my telephone. The Camera functions well in either landscape or portrait mode, and the camera app rapidly and works fine.
Here's the stuff that isn't so awesome:
1) Whilst the telephone supports bluetooth, it only appears to support extremely simple profiles, so it doesn't look like you can transfer pictures, addresses, and information with your computer which is a important drawback
two) I was rather disappointed to understand it does not help a typical headphone. Rather, it has a weird proprietary headphone jack, and the headphones supplied are about the lowest excellent
three) The FM radio is excellent except that it will not play the FM radio without having the headphones attached. But here's the weird part, as soon as the headphone is attached you can play it by way of the speaker. You can't make this stuff up.
4) No WiFi, which indicates information access will consistently expense you income by way of your carrier.
I would get it again. The screen good quality and size make it worth $100. But don't anticipate this to compete with a intelligent phone. Its way more like a standard telephone with a couple of extras.
