I had read all the negative evaluations for this telephone but the fine ones out weighed the negative so I decided to give it a go. The unit I was sent was defective out of the box and I remembered all the folks advising against it. I contacted amazon and they instantly sent out a new phone and gave me a ups label to return the defective one particular no additional price. The second telephone has been working perfectly and amazon's superior customer service took some of the sting off of acquiring a non working unit the first time. On an further note, all those warnings of poor battery life, I've gotten the battery so far to go 36 to 40 hours btwn charges. over all it has been worth the price, just be confident to order from amazon straight as you will then have the their guaranty backing you up.
I have it for two weeks and has been outstanding.
Every thing described in the description of the phone is what I saw.
An great telephone, from applications to the release has been terrific.
I recommend it.
The only downside is the length of the battery, but I bought two added batteries and I am constantly the information cable and therefore the charge into any USB port, so the challenge is resolved.
