Phone is sufficiently robust to withstand the abuse of getting carried in my pants pocket. Not too heavy or too significant for pants pocket. Excellent audio for hearing the caller. Plays video nicely, speaker volume and clarity is excellent. Plays MP4 video files. Painless to unlock screen by sliding key icon to lock icon. Straightforward one particular button to lock screen.

Cons: Smaller keyboard buttons can be cumbersome for big fingers. Annoying to unlock screen to end a call. Was advertised as a new telephone. Telephone looks new, but Verizon confirmed the telephone had been activated ahead of. Ringer volume could be louder.
