The buttons are very tactile and reactive and I haven't had much difficulty with it following a week of receiving applied to it. It can separate texts into conversations among people, rather than listing out the received/sent texts in the order they were received/sent. Frequently its uncommon to get a function like that in cheap phones and its certainly a plus. There is a devoted text button on the front that makes getting to your inbox seriously straight forward.
